This was taken at the Capital Tower in the CBD outside the Bang & Olufsen showroom when the fate of Singapore's first Olympic medal in 48 years was in the hand (or paddle) of national paddler Feng Tianwei. Lots of people were looking and cheering her on right there. And she has done us proud.

Singaporeans are patriotic.
